Luca Zerbini is the ideator of Uno Project and is in charge of supervising the work of his collaboration managers, who are responsible for carrying out the activities on a daily basis.
Zerbini has held prestigious positions in motorsport teams since 1995, including team manager in the FIA Formula 3000, in the GP2 Series since the first year of the category, in the GP3 Series, and subsequently in the GT categories.
He currently holds the role of Team Manager in Formula Regional and F4 italian Championship within the Trident team but in the past he has also been involved in the management of drivers of international level. These experiences have given him a 360-degree view of the motorsport world and above all helped him to understand the specific needs of drivers at all levels.

Our comprehensive program ensures 24-hour presence of responsible adults alongside ever-present housekeeping and cook services. Young drivers live under continuous supervision of Uno Project managers who enforce family-agreed rules. Our staff manages all travel arrangements, from daily transportation to race circuit logistics, with optional trackside support during race weekends when requested.

The selected city of the drivers' accommodation is Padua (Padova in Italian), in the North of Italy (Veneto region). Padua is a city that offers many types of services and conveniences, it is an important road junction and it is located just 20 minutes from Venice international airport.
The young drivers stay in a house equipped with every type of comfort and can have the choice to share the room with someone the same age or to have his own room. There is no shortage of study spaces where they are able to find concentration as well as areas where they can be together and have fun. The house has adequate safety standards and accommodation for the Uno Project manager on duty.
